Rise & Thrive Counseling is a flourishing, holistic-based private group practice in a great location of the Triangle that’s expanding in 2021. We are passionate about promoting mental health and incorporating all of the aspects of a person as a whole, integrating their lifestyle and overall wellness with a holistic approach. We believe in our mind-body connections and that we can use this to our advantage to unlock the potential we all have to do more than just survive in our day to day.

About the Position

Provide individual and family therapy and counseling services for adults and/or older teens
Flexibility to practice in the office following current Covid Protocols and/or by tele-health.
Competitive compensation offered with the ability to grow and earn more income over time through an incentive plan based on tenure, experience, and certifications.
Autonomy and flexibility in setting own pace and managing your schedule.
Client referrals, insurance billing assistance, website advertising, EHR management system, and virtual support will be provided in this position.

Qualifications

A requirement for joining Rise & Thrive is experience with and a passion for the mind-body connection and taking an approach that the individual is more than just their diagnosis code. Knowledge and skill in the provisions of one or more of the “third wave” cognitive behavioral therapies (e.g., Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, etc.), Reality Therapy, EMDR, as well as Energy Work & overall Functional Wellness are a must.

Those who may be a good fit and qualified for a position at Rise & Thrive include:

Fully licensed mental health professionals (e.g., LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT) & Provisional Licensed LCMHC-A with strong knowledge in handling crisis work if it should arise as necessary
Licensed mental health professionals who are currently credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO network or those willing to be credentialed
Willing to work out of Brier Creek location AND/OR provide telehealth/distance therapy
Willing (expected) to average around 10-20 client hours a week, depending on status, with the opportunity for more if you desire.
